I have been a reader and follower of Mike Geary’s for quite a while now. I’ve not only taken a hard look at his program but have been a subscriber to his newsletter and emails for just as long. The material that he puts out is scientifically based and, in my opinion, right on.

Some of the pros to his program include:

  • Nutrition program: there is more to revealing a six pack set of abs than just exercises. The fact that Mike includes a nutrition program that can be followed for the rest of your life and still allow for occasional indulgences is refreshing.
  • NO abdominal exercises: I am a big fan of exercises that closely resemble the type of movements that we do every day. Most of us are not elite athletes, we just want to be healthy, look good and be able to play with our kids for as long as we can. The focus of the Truth About Six Pack Abs program is functional movements.
  • Full body movements: I am convinced that the way to burn fat is with full body movements rather than isolation. Mike’s program includes a great selection of systematic programs that include full body movements.
